I think he would disapprove of how Nine has trapped the Master in his Tardis. Then again, I don’t understand Ten’s character and morals completely. Maybe he would justify it because of the Master’s crimes? At the end of Series 3 he does say that he wishes to take the Master with him. Taking someone prisoner is almost as immoral as taking someone prisoner and trap him in a robotic body he can control.
